Here are some devotionals that have helped me along the way. When I started shifting my why from pr’s, paces, and weights to honoring God these were instrumental in doing so. This fitness journey is really pretty cool if you stick with it long enough. The ebb and flow can be frustrating and invigorating. Really dialing into your why and the Lord can help you to navigate those peaks and valleys a little better. I hope these help!

The Body Tithe
An awesome devotional designed to shift your focus from yourself to what honors God.

Craig Groeschel
Craig’s book are not only helpful in reframing but also enjoyable to read. He’s not your typical pastor, but has quirky stories and antics he’s experienced along the way.
Both of these have workbook options as well.

Dr. Stacy Sims
If you want to learn how to train around your cycle and fuel for your needs that’s age appropriate Dr. Sims is your girl. After looking at many options for pre/post menopause information I found hers to be the best. There was no political correct jargon, just the facts of what biological females go through. I found other certifications left me questioning the validity of their content based on non-scientific statements.

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon
This book has some amazing information in it regarding nutritions, aging, muscle importance. It encompasses many of the coaching principles that I teach clients. Love it’s all in one spot and has science backing. She cuts through the noise of it all.

Really wonderful devotional about our relationship with food and how it ties into our relationship with God.
